温泉
登山記録
土曜日は表妙義に行ってきました
相変わらずの鎖場でした
鷹戻しをなんとか登ってホッとしたら両足の太ももが攣るようになってしまって、動けなくなるんじゃないかと思いましたが、エアーサロンパスで事なきを得ました
攻撃力の高い山です
５：５５ 登山者用駐車場出発
６：１０ 妙義神社登山道入口
まずは大の字下の鎖場
６：４５ 大の字
天気はあまり良くないです
７：００ 辻
７：０５ 奥の院
ここで装備を整えます
奥の院横の鎖
いきなり垂直に近くて長いです
７：２５ 見晴
ここで朝食にします
７：３５ ビビリ岩
７：４５ 背ビレ岩
７：５０ 大のぞき
いまいちどこが大のぞきなのかわかりません
この先、大きく下ります（下った所から）
この日初めての大きな下りなので少し怖いです
８：１０ 天狗岩
これかな？
８：２０ タルワキ沢分岐
８：３５ 相馬岳
先客がいたのでそのままスルー
この先、堀切までは結構大変です
何箇所かルートの分かりづらい所があって、ルートミスしました
８：４５ 国民宿舎分岐
９：４５ 堀切

１０：１５ 鷹戻し取り付き
最初のはしご
１段目
最後の段
最後の段の途中に１箇所くらいステップがあるとかなり楽になると思うんですが
鷹戻しを上から
なんとか登れました
